The Clinic

Two children, David and Alan were sitting outside a clinic.
Alan was crying.

David asks "Why are you crying?"
Alan responds "I came here for a blood test."
David says "So? Are you afraid?"
Alan replies"No. For the blood test, they cut my finger, and I'm nervous"

At that point, David begins to sob.
Alan asks "What's upset you now?"
David says "I came here for a urine test"
