Why Is Birmingham, Uk Such A Bad City To Live In?
It used to be quite a decent place to live in the 60's, 70's & 80's and now it just looks like a massive urban ghetto.

It's now a bright, vibrant city centre with loads of good places to eat and drink.
The cultural side is in many ways better than London (certainly more accessible) - Symphony Hall, the New Library, the lovingly restored Town Hall - and the Museum and Art Gallery is stupendous.
