I'm reminded ('cos of the strange way that my works) of when I was going to the bar with an order for me, my mate and his girlfriend. I asked if she'd like 'ice and a slice' in her drink. She seemed irritated and told me very firmly "You ought to know by now, Chris. I want ice and lemon in everything from that bar". A short while later, she asked for a packet of crisps, so . . .
