Castration

A man tells his doctor that he would like to be castrated, the doctor replied are you sure because that's a very serious operation which cannot be reversed, the man said yes I have thought about it a great deal & I want it done. So an appointment was arranged with a top consultant & the op was duly done. After the op the surgeon went to check on him & found him in a very happy mood. The surgeon said to him by the way whilst I was doing your operation I noticed that you needed to be circumcised so I did that as well & the man shouted '' that's the word'' I was after.

Lucky he didn't schedule it for another visit.
