Mr. Oliver Fiddle had a lifelong dream of going to Divinity School to get his Doctor of Divinity degree.

After years of saving, at long last, he entered the university.

He worked and studied hard and this December his dream will come true when he finally receives his degree.

From that day forward, he will be known to one and all as O. Fiddle D. D.

I hope this anecdote doesn't make me sound racist. In the '70s I was doing a Summer job on reception at a company and the chauffeur had been sent to the airport to collect an American businessman. In walked an enormous *** who approached my desk, hand outstretched and said Good morning young lady I am (as I heard it) a coon. His business card gave his name as A. Kuhne, how he got a German name I don't know. We found out later that he knew exactly what he was saying and loved to see people's faces, apparently I handled it very well. Hope I've not offended anyone.
very good nice to see a joke with no innuendo or smut
Like that, thanks
Sorry, didn't realise that that word is filtered.
Just reading through the other replies and was reminded of a cricket commentary when Michael Holding was facing Peter Willey. The commentator was hear to say "the batsman's holding the bowlers willy". Don't remember who the commentator was but perhaps someone will.
Was it Johnston
