A fellow woke up in hospital after a very bad car accident and was told by the doctors that he had been so badly injured that they had to replace some of his body parts with those obtained elsewhere in the hospital. When asking what had been replaced he was told that his left arm was replaced with one obtained from a lesbian, his right leg from a coloured gay man, his left ear from a transgender person and his left foot from an illegal immigrant . The fellow was shocked but bucked up when the doctor said that there was some good news. "What is" asked the fellow and the doctor replied " You are top of the council housing list in Lambeth"
