Whales
Three whales were crossing the Pacific when they saw a Japanese 'scientific research' vessel. Two dived to safety but the third was caught, filleted and used for experiments in sushi-making.
Exactly a year later the survivors saw the same ship approaching so again dived for safety, but one suggested they give the ship a blast of air from their backs. They did, and the ship capsized.
The whales found this amusing but the militant one now suggested eating the stricken sailors.
"No", said the other, "I don't mind a quick *** but I draw the line at swallowing seamen."
