That gives me a real chuckle.
My dear old mum was about 80 and I used to pick her up in Peacehaven Sussex and bring her back to London for the weekend to stay with us.
On Monday morning the ritual was the same. Drive mum home and I would stop off at the local convenience store and pick up a pint of milk and the Daily Mail because she loved her cha and the quick crossword on the back page.
Outside the store was a Billboard for the local paper. The Brighton Argos. It read.'Brighton Council Grants Licence for Lap Dancing Club'
As I got back in my car with her paper and milk she said,"I see son that they are opening a lap dancing club in Brighton.I always fancied doing that. It looks fun,"
I wet myself laughing as I explained to her the difference between Lap Dancing and Line Dancing. :-)
