Hi my friend was arrested and we know he didn't do it because he was with us that night but he is young black man and the police wool not listen is and he will go to jail. We have money and know hackers on dark web who can stop him going jail one of my friends use them before and it worked. Is this right.

Tydy, it's unlikely that someone here will confirm that it is lawful, legitimate to use a 'hacker on the dark web' to stop your friend going to jail. 'Hacking' and 'dark web' don't really pair up with 'legal'.

if your friend has a viable alibi, any brief will get him off. The prosecution need evidence if they are going to convict. This is true both sides of the pond. I don't see how hackers on the Dark web can keep your friend out of jail.

The cops don't listen to us because we tell them he with us all day not going out because of the covid and we don't have jobs because of the civid and noon of this is fair because he don't do it but the cops don't listen

doesn't matter about what the cops think, they still have to present a case that can be prosecuted. Any lawyer will blow their case out of the water if there is a provable alibi or if they have no actual evidence of him committing the alleged crime.
