3 guys die on the same night and end up in front of ST Peter.

he says right, well, as it's christmas, you all need to show me something relating to christmas to get in

so the first guy gets out a lighter, switches it on and off and says it's a candle!. peter says okay, that's good. threw you go!

second guy gets out a set of keys and jingles them about. he says, why they are bells of course! and peter lets him in.

third guy looks high and low for something, and eventually he finds a pair of women's panties in his bag.

st peter looks at him and asks.. and what are they?

guy replies: why they are carols of course!
