Friend sent me this.

The Prime Minister was called into the bank manager’s office about the £2.3 trillion overdraft.
“Well” said the manager “ what do you intend to do about this?
Bungle huffed, puffed and blustered before the bank manager interrupted him and asked
“Well, do you own anything of value you could use as collateral ?”
Bungle thought for a minute then answered “We could let you have Scotland”
