Bobbi, I think in meaning it is similar to (and as vague as) MAGA, although the Full version of MAGA was at least grammatically correct (in old-fashioned terms). Similar stuff crops up in TV ads, although I can't think of one now - perhaps "What's your Good?" "Dream your Fresh!"
I dont mind Build Back Better- makes sense to me and is quite catchy.
One's I don't get are

Someone's *Time Warner?) was Enjoy Better
I saw a school with the slogan "Find your amazing" which puzzled me and then found they'd 'borrowed' it from a travel ad
I quite like ‘Build Back Better’.
It means we will come back better than before.
But When it comes from a politicians mouth I worry that it is just a soundbite rather than an intent.
