A woman went to see her new gynaecologist for a check up. He got her ready in stirrups with her legs wide open and began his inspection.
"Oh my God!!" the man said: "In all my years I have never seen such a huge vagina.......never have I seen such a huge vagina."
"Doctor" the woman replied. "I know it's large and I'm very self conscious about it, there was no need to repeat it twice."
"I didn't," said the doctor. "It was just an echo."
