A rather stuck up sorts of a women, all fur coat and no knickers, goes to the Doctor to be examined.

He says " I have some bad news for you.........you've contracted a STD"

She replies pompously " Well, I must have caught it from a toilet seat"

" That may well be the case" replies the Doctor " but I doubt it because it's in your gums."
