Bad Manners

Why are some people so nasty and unreasonable .. Shouting and screaming .. "Move your bleeding car you ***" the guy yelled at me .. 
I just walked off and left him ranting and raving, he was still shouting and screaming 3 hours later when i got back to the car with all my shopping and oh ..... The names he called me .. And a Public Servant he was too .. Some people just have NO MANNERS! 
A Traffic Warden if you will ... Had he politely explained to me earlier that i had parked on his foot I'd have moved the car GLADLY !
