Can't hang about for too long - have a DEXA (bone density) scan at 9.40am and have the joys of morning traffic to get to the hospital. Hopefully they won't keep me waiting around too long. Pretty cold here this morning! At least it's not raining. Anyone up to anything interesting today? I've got loads to do so with luck I'll be in and out fairly quickly. Right just off to make a cuppa!

Sun trying to break through here, hope it succeeds.  Not much on, supermarket run, Mr U still not fully recovered yet. Was hoping to pick up a parcel from M&S and had an annoying email saying it has been delayed until 11th.

Hope you aren't stuck in traffic, nothing worse that sitting there looking at your watch.

Good morning all. Hope the scan goes okay. Quite a reasonable day here, and not too cold. Have been forecast snow on Wednesday.

OH going to hospital this afternoon for a gastroscopy. I hope they find out something so we can start a process of healing.He's had all sorts of medicine and various tests but all come back negative. I don't wish illness on anyone but it would be nice to know what you are fighting.

I hope Mr U picks up soon and feels his normal self.
