Any Crafters Out There Who Might Know?

I am trying to find a kind of hole punch/ hole cutter type tool which could punch out  20mm/25 mm circles from sheet of felt - one at a time.  I know I could cut out with scissors but was looking for something that could make a neater cut and give a better finish/look. Does such a tool or gadget exist?

If you do lots of craft a die cutting machine might be a good long term investment.  Then you can buy the dies as you need them.   Sizzix are good and you are likely to pick up a decent second hand machine with a bundle of accessories for under £50
