If you google "M.E. ????shire" (insert your county) you might find a support group in your area. Or search for an online M.E.forum.
There's nothing more helpful than talking to others in the same boat. (I have fibromyalgia which is a similar thing so I know how you feel)
All the best. :o)

Hello Robinia

Wiil do as you suggest thanks a lot. Sorry to hear you suffer similar, its horrible isnt it. Take care and I wish you the best of health, thankyou for helping.

lol

You're very welcome Baby Jane.
Yes it is horrible, very depressing & isolating sometimes, especially if you're surrounded by fit friends & family who you feel are doubting what you say. That's why it's best to find other similar sufferers - if only to have a good grumble!
Hope you find some local help - I recently rang my gp's surgery to ask how many others there were with fibro in my area (with the idea of maybe starting a contact group) & after a quick tap on their computers I was surprised to learn there are 36! Maybe you could try that too.

Hope things improve for you, keep you chin up! x

Hi Robinia
Thanks sweetie, it is nice to have some one to talk to. Im having a bad day today ,and yes your right, folk around you tell you to get a grip, or give yourself a shake, they dont understand. If getting a grip or giving yourself a shake would be the cure then by all means thats what I will do. You have made me feel better and I hope your having a good day. Take care darlin, speak to you again and thanks once more for your support.

Lots of love

hi Baby Jane, glad to read you've had a few easier days... I've felt a bit better lately but I've done what I aways do when I get a good spell & gone a bit mad in the house & re-vamped the front room with a little help here & there (cleared clutter, new carpet). If you have to spend a lot of time in your home it's better if it looks nice I think.
I'm starting to 'droop' again now & I hate the dark, gloomy days like today.
Hope you stay on top of things for xmas....I'm sure I'll speak to you again before then. Take care xx
Hey Robina and Baby Jane
