A man wakes up in hospital after an operation, standing beside him is the surgeon, there has been a mix up he said, you came in for a simple vasectomy, but you have had a full sex change by mistake, ho no said the man , does that mean i will never get another hard on, you will get a hard on replied the surgeon, it just wont be YOURS you are getting.
