Doctor to patient: We have received the results of your test, do you want the bad news or the worse news.

Patient: Give me the bad news first.

Doctor: The results show you only have 48 hours to live.

Patient (after some time and now very distraught ) What is the worse news, it can't be worse than that.

Doctor: I forgot to tell you yesterday.
