Well just think of it like this, it is a joke, no animals were harmed in the making of this joke and no social minorities were exploited. The "s are an unfortunate consequence of the ab site. The rest of the text refers to the doctor giving me a second opinion of his own as opposed to him getting another doctor to give me one of his. I hope you can grasp this concept, but i do undertand that after having to labouriously explain it to you, it does lose some of it's original sparkle.
