A violent history!

A friend of mine had an encounter with his neighbour where the neighbour ripped off a section of his stair rail and swung it at him in the street. this situation was resolved eventually. My friend telling me about it commented that he believed that this man and his entire family were so violent that one of their ancestors had beaten up the Marquis of Queensberry!
Made me chuckle!!!
