Completely awful, regardless of the sensitivity of the subject which i thought made the thing pretty gross anyway, it just isn't funny. It stinks of a tedious technique that people have to use to avoid facing the truth of someone else's nightmare. The unexpected element of the joke which generally makes it funny is mostly obscure, you have just picked on a tenuous link between Kate Mcann and the England team and the word Europe.
God help us.
