On a passenger flight, the pilot comes over the public address system as usual and to greet the passengers. He tells them at what altitude they’ll be flying, the expected arrival time, and a bit about the weather, and advises them to relax and have a good flight.. Then, forgetting to turn off the microphone, he says to his co-pilot, "What would relax me right now is a cup of coffee and a ***." All the passengers hear it. As a stewardess immediately begins to run toward the cockpit to tell the pilot of his slip-up, one of the passengers stops her and says "Don’t forget the coffee!"

very good McMouse. I heard a true story about the passenger address. The pilot told the passengers that the delay to the flight was due to air traffic control, but pressed the wrong button so the announcement went to air traffic control. The Controller responded with "You lying Little Bustard" !

How bizarre is that I typed b a s t a r d and it came out as Little bustard. Think I would have preferred asterisks.

I was on an American Airlines flight to Chicago several years ago when the male passenger in front of me was pressing all the buttons etc. The female attendant came to see what the problem was and was informed that the passenger had not flown before. The attendant then proceeded to explain what button did what etc. When she got to the 'Attendant Call' button she proudly announced 'and that button turns me on'. Well, I was in hysterics now and the attendant suddenly realised what she had said resulting in her blushing prefusly. This IS a true story.
