I was walking past a mental hospital today and heard the inmates shouting.... "13...13....13...13"

Eager to find out what was going on I tried to jump up and take a peek over the fence, the fence was too high so I found a small hole in the fence and took a look through only to be poked in the eye

The inmates then began shouting.."14...14...14....14"
