Went to Trading Standards for a meeting, may get flight money back, I live in hope, but I have to contact Easyjet to give the Trading Standards Officer permission to pursue my case, due to the data protection act...simple, no problem there..lol
I have been on the phone about a half an hour up till now...no answer, just a bloody automated message, and it's an 0817 number costing 10p a minute !!!!

Dris, no luck there either, they say it has to be direct with EJ as it was them who cancelled the flight, we have lost over £500 on the acc as lowcost holidays book flight and accom separately, so they cheekily have said "your accom was there for you, so No we won't pay
result!!! I have eventually got through to EJ, as soon as I mentioned TS they have agreed a refund, now we have to take the accom situation up with MasterCard, so halfway there, btw, vibes, many thanks, you seem particularly well genned up on such matters
