Alfie's just nicked my dinner of the kitchen side. I went in there to get it and it was nowhere to be seen. The little git had jumped up on the side, ran outside and downstairs and ate it. I just found the packaging under the olive tree.

He's sulking outside now after a severe telling off.

Show Alfie on your tax return as "Food Taster". Oh dear NoM, you must stop giving up things - cigs, alcohol, food - there is nothing left now for Lent (:-)
eat his dinner - that'll teach him!

He's knocking on the door now. Shall I let him in or leave him out there a bit longer?
Let him in....it's your fault for leaving food where he could get it (poor bugger must have been starving)..............
Is Alfie per chance Portuguese? Tua casa - mea casa, tua jantar - mea jantar. Oh bless him NoM - it must be the 'stray' in him - never misses an opportunity. You have reminded me of my late, great Newfi who pinched a whole tub of pate from the kitchen work top and devoured it in seconds. The next morning I awoke to the smell of what I thought was a gas leak.........................................

He's a greedy little bugger, Craft. He had biscuits and scrambled egg at lunchtime, so he's not hungry. He knows he's not allowed to steal food. I put it on top of the hob and so he must have jumped up there and dragged it down.
okay..........lock the bugger out after giving him 50 lashes....
Craft - he would look daft with eye makeup on

Aww.... I wouldn't harm a hair on his head. He did get a shouting at and a finger wagging though. I might leave him out there until I've had my bath. It's quite balmy out and he has a "bed" out there anyway.

What am I going to have for my meal now then....??
he might look like Princess Tiame......
GoCat goes quite well with pasta....
Don't think so craft cos that would make NoM look like Jordan. Oh...................
(only joking NoM)

Alfie looks like Bambi....

Carabint... ya cheeky so and so... I'm wasting away here.

lol. I'm having boiled eggs and soldiers for dinner :-(

Aww China... you should see his little face right now. I've let him in and he's sulking on the sofa.
Awwww... I always give in when either of my mums dogs sulk, they're too cute.... Although admittedly neither of them has ever nicked my dinner and I suspect I'd have to kill them if they did. Well, unless it was mum that did the cooking.... ;0)

I like boiled egg and soldiers... My mum told me off last year as she served some up and she'd only cut the toast in half and I queried this... I got told I was 'ruined' and to 'act your age' ... And then she cut my toast for me when I stuck out my bottom lip... I mean honestly, boiled eggs come soldiers! You just can't get the service sometimes...
Is Alfie sulking or might he have reflux? You didn't elaborate on what your dinner was (going to be)
''And then she cut my toast for me when I stuck out my bottom lip''

Good grief...
