Another man with no ties will soon cheer you up. Although what you don't know doesn't hurt you at the time, when you do find out it is still just as bad. As trim says move on and make him jealous. Here's another saying for you - The best revenge is to succeed without him. Not sure if that is exactly right but the sentiment is the same.

I'm confused, did you only speak/get to know the mother of his kids and one of his boys for the first time today? She must feel pretty awful too. Whatever it sounds a mess, best out of it.

lol thanks, it all came out through facebook, the root of all evil, i'v spoken to his ex/gf/his kids mum and she seems a really nice women, feel sorry for her too but she keeps going back to him, i would never of gone near him if i knew he was still sleeping with her
