In our very small town there is a small local company who seem to make theirs out of any bits they can find. I got on one and all the signs etc were in Welsh. In Devon!!!

all different colours here, we have Orange and down the lane have lime green ones, then there are ones with the Angel of the North along them telling you, I suppose, that it passes her :-)

giveup - I could understand the writing being in Welsh if you were in 'border country' but not in Devon.
