I'am looking for the words to a song that had "Blimey aint it all right hey
We're going to hang out the washing on the seigfred line...
That was a WW1 song, though
madamoselle from armentiers, never been sh____ed for fifty years

I think Mademoiselle from Armentiers was also WW1. I remember my father started to sing it and then stopped as he realised I was listening....I was only about six at the time.

I recall the word Frenchie in rhyme with other words.BTW I am originally from Widnes! Migrated to Oz in 1956
