What is the meaning of "pull-no-punches" in the following sentences?

Anyong! It means to be honest and say whatever you want, even if it hurtsthe other person.
If a boxer pulls his punches it means he either doesn't hit his opponent, or hits him softly (he pulls his fist back as it approaches his opponent). He might do this if for any reason he didn't want to hurt his opponent. If he pulls no punches, he hits as hard as he can and shows no mercy.
