Hi

am looking for a noun or adjective that best describes the person who:

1. is young and moves as if she/he was in a slow motion movie

2. whenever she/he goes is tired after 20 minutes of walking.(the last time we went to the mountainside and the guy was wallowing pills cos his feet hurt and he couldnt walk whatsowever so my holiday was turned into a nightmare as i had to be a carer.

3.goes to sleep at 2200 even on friday and saturday.

In my native language, Polish, we say that this person needs someone to kick her/his ass.

For 1 and 2, you could use the slang term "slow poke" for your noun, and "pokey" for the adjective. Examples: "For a young girl, she sure is a slow poke."  "Come on! Don't be so pokey!"

For 3, you could call her a "fuddy dud." Example: "While all her friends are out partying, she's being a fuddy dud at home."

the word I would use is "unwell"
Well you could call them 'lazy bones' but as said above, they may well be unwell, or even have a mild form of Myalgic Encephalopathy (ME).
Agree with Octavius here. The word would be lethargic. Not normal in a young person.Or shouldn't be.See a doctor.Could be lacking something, iron or some other vitamin.

Apart from point 3, I would say 'teenager'.

Sorry - having a bad day!

Seriously, it sounds like chronic fatigue, or possibily a hypochondriac, though I'd check the spelling on that.

my boyfriends dad was like this and he went to the doctors and it turned out to be 'under active thyroid'!!

I agree with shaneystar and Octavius. Such tiredness is not normal and a visit to a (reliable) doctor could be a good move.

Or perhaps the person is mildly anti-social?
