Hispanophile, Italophile and Germanophile for the first three.

Since the convention is to place a nationalising adjective before -ophile each country should be catered for but only a few have 'made it' into the dictionary, including

English - Anglophile

Foreign - Xenophile

European - Euro...

German - Germano...

Spanish - Hispano...

Russian - Russo...

Slavs - Slavo...

Japanese - Japano...

Oops! Just pipped you at the post on the initial three, K.
I'd missed out Italophile anyway QM
Chinese-Sinophile

These are in a class of words that used to drive my Classics master crazy -  ophile is a postfix/morpheme whatever the linguists call it nowadays - and comes from Greek, phileo - I like/love

and the other bits are clearly Latin based. - Uuuugh!

philistine wordsmiths ! how they used to be hated in the nineteenth century ! bring back the Birch!

Thanks Guys
Replace the 'phile' with 'phobe' and you've got the opposites.
