It's probably of no great interest to anybody, but I couldn't let the moment pass unremarked...the answer below is my 5,000th here on AnswerBank.

Your word is an adverb qualifying the behaviour of someone who is against the cessation of the creation of nuclear power/weapons. As such, it is possible to conceive of a situation in which it might be used. To that extent, it is just as much a 'real' word as any other. All words were created to fill a gap in meaning, so why not this one?

Incidentally as you have admitted ransacking my thread, can you give the term to describe the 5,000th of something as in "pentacentile"  (500th) as i can't think of the 1000th term?
