I was wondering what the origin of "High Hatting" as in ignoring someone in public.
Also , what is the origin of the insult " Four-Flusher" ( usually in a Cowboy Film ) . I'm nt sure of the rules of Poker so it must be a dodgy move like marking the cards etc.
