Seems that there is two translations - Life is rosy or as in the song - The life of a rose.

In her famous song La Vie en Rose, Edith Piaf sings that when she is in love, then she sees "La vie en rose", and this is perhaps best translated for cynics as "life through rose-coloured spectacles; and for romantics as "life at its rosiest" - take your pick!
