My eleven-month-old grandson would say so, he had a convulsion (he's teething) at 1.00 a.m. today, so Nana and i had to rush over, she to go to the hopsital, and me to babhysit his sister.

Personally, I dson;t hold with the superstition - except to refine FINA's answer and say that the dread of the day comes from the black mass celebrated by witches, which is on a Friday, with thirteen witches from the coven present, in mockery of the Last Supper.

If you take all the millions of people in the world, the law of averages must make Friday 13th unlucky for some of them, but is equally likely to be lucky for the rest! You could say the same of any of the other 364 days of the year, think about it? The next Friday 13th is in October, and don't forget the 1st always falls on a Sunday in a Fri 13th month!
