Have been waiting for a parcel to arrive.  Package came today and when I opened it, there was a plastic envelope with 20 paper clips.  Took a minute but realised it was the same seller I had used so someone, somewhere has received 8 pencil rubbers.  All sorted now - firm apologised and are sending out correct order tomorrow.  As a bonus, I can keep the paper clips.  Oh joy!
