Unlikely scenarios

Does anyone know any of those 'Scenario' type questions where you're given a scene and you have to ask questions (which can only be answered yes or no) to try and deduce the events leading up to it. You know the sort of thing... 'Man in wellies found slumped in 'phone box... What happened?

The man in the lift's wife is kept alive by an electronic life support system. There's a power cut and while he's stuck in the lift between floors she's gasping her last. Don't ask me why there wasn't any back-up power source.
