Paul Harvey is an American radio show host. He reads the news and usually includes a biographical story with obscure factoids about someone famous...you try to guess who the person is before he finishes the story. He reads the news in an overly-dramatic, stentorian voice. He's rather a blow-hard, and once you've heard him, you'd never mistake his voice and delivery.

The Rest of the Story is one of Paul Harveys things on the radio. He tells the commonly known side of something but then informs you of how it came to be etc. Finishing off with "And now you know the rest of the story" I particularly enjoyed the one about how Monte Carlo came to be. Kind of in the fashion of Ripleys Believe it or Not.
