Someone who plays imaginary musical instruments? (Not just guitars). I heard it on the radio years ago, but immediately forgot it.

PC - not a crossword, just a word.
I believe it's a condition linked to Tourette Syndrome whereby the person has the compulsion, for instance, to play an invisible 'piano' on a table-top. Can't for the life of me think what the term is, though. May be totally wrong.
