What is the everyday phrase or saying using the word timing?

'With impeccable timing' is quite often heard. Sometimes it is used at face value as, for example, "The Red Arrows' display was carried out with their usual impeccable timing". On other occasions, it is used critically, for example when someone says something at the exact moment when they should not have said it. Then, others might say, "Of course, that was when John - with his usual impeccable timing - said he didn't approve of mixed marriage."

In addition, actors - especially comic actors - often claim that the key element in their performance is "Getting the timing right."
I would have said something like 'perfect timing', but the wording of this question reminds me of one that was asked a few days ago about 'rue'. Respondents came up with 'rue the day' but the 'correct answer' was 'are you ready', (R U [red] E in textspeak). Is this a textspeak question as well ?
