so what do you call a person who steals from his job, try to avoid doing his duties as much as it's possible and just pretend he's doing his job when he sees his employers are around? (or what's the act of stealing from your job?)

I know, we used to have 2 of these 'working' with us, when they weren't playing girl-on-girl wrestling.
