this was from a crossword , if you say how many letters as believe it was either a 3 or 4 words starting with Sic its always best to put crossword and number of letters as this was at the W/End and done so many crosswords and put them in the post if you remind me will help

Hy 1lindyb, Reminds me of a translation/graffiti I saw somewhere : 'sic transit gloria mundi' = 'Gloria Mundi is sick of the transit'. Reads better if you are from New York, I think !!
