I'm so pleased that I know the answer to this. According to Ben Schott's Original Miscellany the word you are looking for is Drunkship.
Why is there a collective noun for cobblers at all? When could you ever possibly need to use it, and what's the point if you have to explain it?
Think about it Jenstar. If you was a cobbler you wouldn't want to describe your annual convention as a load of cobblers.
