It means 'busy, busy' and is always pronounced 'beezy, beezy'. It is used when people have a lot of work to do. But where does it originate from. Is it a quote from a film? Is it an Americanism? It just sprang out of nowhere and then you heard it everywhere.

1. It came from the Infamous Rapper Mac Dre from Vallejo, California. It means a bitch formely used for women.
