Did you know that it's not considered PC to say Disabled Toilet? Apparently you have to say Wheelchair Accessible Toilet.

So official documents use those official words.'Disabled toilet' is a slightly awkward expression, like 'this door is alarmed' or 'alarmed door' are (how frightened is the door?) suggesting that it's the toilet that's disabled.
