Translating latin

This phrase "Fac ut vivas in vino veritas Lover am I cepe indicium tace atque abi apidne te vel me" Is on the one of my friends t-shirts... I think it is latin. I have found a couple of free translation sites but they did not make any sense to me as there was always several meanings. Please help me to sleep again!!!!

"In vino veritas" is a Latin phrase, meaning you let your real feelings show when you're too drunk to hide them, and some of the other words are Latin but in no recognisable sequence. I've even tried saying it aloud in case it's one of those spoof Latin things, but that doesn't work either.
