For those that know I am trying to diet my way into my bikini for holiday, I have lost 4 lb this week! Sorry not thrilling news I know, but I am chuffed! daffi x

I have swapped anything white for brown and eating lots of fruit and veg and fresh meat, swapped to skimmed milk and have been doing lots on my Wii fit. Also have started doing Avon so walking a fair bit and walking the dog that bit further.
Today I had a bowl of Crunchy nut cornflakes and skimmed milk for breakfast, a custard cream for snack (can't be perfect! Lol), A brown bread roll with sliced chicken and lettuce, some cucumber and carrot sticks and some grapes and strawberries, for tea I had some stir fried beef and a packet of savoury rice followed by a cereal bar.
