I think it might be a typo centenseado means sentenced. As in sentenced to a jail term.

finally am able to post an answer after a long spell. to answer the question, cesante is spanish for laid off. cesanteado is a word made redundat, no surprise coming from a Bonaerense newspaper, bonaerenses are inhabitants of Buenos Aires, and they love to make up their own language or slang even if it means adding or butchering spanish. for those of us who are from the other side of the pond (yes, we call Rio de La Plata the pond , as well) find it a bit painful, because there is no need to do so. i'm saying this cause cesar is to lay off, and cesante is laid off. and to clarify what macpoet is saying, sentenced is sentenciado. i did try to answer this question when it was first posted, but this site would absolutely not let me do so.
